I TRIED ADELE’S WEIGHT LOSS DIET (sirtfood diet). Looking for the best keto recipes in one convenient location. This week I tried the sirtfood diet which is supposedly the diet Adele followed through her drastic weight loss journey. In this video I am only attempting phase one of the diet. I'm not a fan of fad diets but, in only a week I had some pretty nice results.
